Sunday mornings...meant for sleeping in, waking early, snuggling, nurturing, silence, movement, self love. Essentially, meant for whatever it is that makes your soul happy.
How do you spend your Sunday mornings? What brings you peace? I love sleeping in on Sundays, starting my morning in silence, reflecting, then I turn on my favorite tune and ease into my day. Sundays are my "me time;" no set plans...I allow my day to unfold and only do the things which make me happy. I love to tune into my body, remind myself that I am energy and that the outside world is just that; the outside world. Life doesn't have to affect me unless I allow it to. I can start my morning being mindful, tuning in and centering in so that when I step out the door, I can walk peacefully (as much as possible) through whatever may come my way.
Today, I slept in. Started my morning in silence. Talking to my body, reminding her that she is capable of healing herself. Sipped on coffee, turned on music that I know raises my vibration, so that when I step out the door today, I'll be peaceful and blissed out. I will go through my day today reminding myself that I am not my body, I am spirit in motion and that's what I hope you remember as you walk through your day.
